Steve Schwietert has joined TGW as systems sales manager for the retail and direct to consumer vertical markets. Schwietert comes to TGW from Fortna, where he worked with clients to identify their supply chain constraints and improve operations. Prior to Fortna, Schwietert was with TGW Business Partner Advanced Handling Systems, where he was instrumental in the design and implementation of automated distribution facilities for such companies as The Gap, GSI Commerce, and Finish Line. He also has extensive operations experience in the retail distribution market, working for both The Gap and Mercantile Stores (Dillard’s).
