Harahan, LA — Intralox was recognized by the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) with their 2010 Award for Service Excellence in a Contract Center. The ICCSO evaluates business-to-business customer service departments when evaluating companies for the awards. “We’ve always taken great pride in providing unmatched service to our customers. It’s a real honor to now receive this recognition from peers in our profession,” says Debbie Maniglia, global customer service department manager at Intralox.
Additionally, Maniglia is the 2010 Customer Service Manager of the Year. Maniglia has been with the company for more than 30 years and has been an integral part of the growth of the company.
