The 56th Annual MHEDA Convention took place in Phoenix, AZ, from April 30 to May 4. The “Customer Convention” focused on easing the customer’s pain coming out of the recession. Topics such as legendary customer service at the Ritz-Carlton and the new Customer and Industry Panels dealt with topics related to servicing the customer.
