Elk Grove Village, IL — Will County Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that works with volunteers to build affordable housing. The Will County branch recently opened a new warehouse and needed a way to move pallets. A mechanic from Scott Lift Truck asked Loren Swakow, president, if they could donate any hand pallet trucks. Swakow called Steve Guagliano, president of Mobile Industries, and both companies donated a pallet truck to the new warehouse.
